During the 5th Annual Black and White Ball , we are proud to announce that we were able to donate $18000.00 to Easter Seals of LaSalle & Bureau Counties! $1700.00 of that has been marked for Camp Scholarships to Timber Pointe Outdoor Center.
Scholarships will be offered to Ambassadors from the years of the Black and White Ball first, should any monies be left over, we will open up the scholarship to all Easter Seals of LBC families. Timber Pointe Outdoor Center offers thirteen different camp programs throughout the summer, which include camps for youth and adults with physical and developmental disabilities and other special needs. Additionally, the camp offers FAMILY weekend camping trips as well. For more info please visit TimberPointeOutdoorCenter.com. We hope to continue this scholarship program going forward in the years to come.
